Privacy Policy of Sunseeker Germany
SUNSEEKER GERMANY takes the protection of personal information very seriously. We would like to inform you how we store and use our data. As a company under private law we are subject to the Federal Data Protection Law and the State Treaty on Media Services. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that we and other service providers adhere to the regulations on data protection.
Personal Information
Personal information is data that is used to find out your identity. Included in this information is your correct name, address and postal address, and telephone number. Information which can not be directly connected to your real identity (for example, favoured website or number of visitors to a site) is not included.
In principle you can use our online offer with out revealing your identity. If you register personally for one of our services, you will be asked for your name and other personal information. It is your own free decision to fill out this information.
We store your data on a specially protected server in Germany. Access to this information is only authorised to a small amount of people, who are responsible for the technical, commercial or editorial supervision of the server.
In connection with your access, we also store server data for security reasons which can possibly allow you to be identified (for example, IP addresses, date, time and viewed sites). No personal utilisation takes place. We reserve the right to perform the statistical analysis of anonymous data records.
IP addresses are stored for a period of 31 days for security reasons to guarantee the stability and the operational safety of our system.
Transfer of personal information to third parties
We only use your personal information within SUNSEEKER GERMANY and their linked companies. We do not pass this information on to a third party without your consent. Should details be transferred to service providers in line with the contracted data processing, they are bound to the Federal Data Protection Law, other legal regulations and the contracted SUNSEEKER GERMANY'S Privacy Policy. We will forward your information to persons entitled to receive this information, if we are committed to by law or by court order.

Once you have entered your personal information you can delete it at anytime. Data used for accounting purposes is not affected by this cancellation or deletion.
Using Cookies
We use "Cookies" (small configuration information), according to the information community in order to determine the circulation of advertising (IVW). They help us to find out how often users have visited our site. We do not register personal information using cookies.
